Hillman, Esq. added Published Author to her resume-publishing her first full length book, The Chapter 13 Plan: Spiritual Recovery, Reclamation, and Reorganization of My Divine Birth Rite from a Morally Bankrupt System.

As an Author, Tisha is, inter alia, a linguist architect whose work examines how authority, consent, and compliance are structurally produced—and how they can be redesigned.

With a background in law and lived experience navigating debt, foreclosure, and institutional enforcement, she brings architectural clarity to systems that are often framed as inevitable. Her work focuses on identifying where sovereignty is siphoned through language, contracts, insurance, and internalized obligation, and on restoring conditions in which agency becomes sustainable rather than symbolic.
